Open Letter to the VVG Community

I am writing this open letter as a private individual, a long-time community member, and not in any official capacity despite maintaining status as a Moderator in the group.

My name is Aphantasia, and for a long time, I was a proud part of the VVG team. Many of you may not know me, as I’ve been inactive for quite some time, but if you were around in the earlier years you may know me as ‘R3’. In the early days I worked alongside Amaze and Inyo to grow this community now known as Virtual Valley Games.

Like all of you, I was shocked and disheartened to learn of the sudden removal of Inyo22. I’ve seen the confusion, hurt, and anger that has swept through this community in the past few days, and I want you to know that I hear you. I see your posts, I read your messages, and as an individual who deeply respects this community, I feel the same way.

The Virtual Valley Games I dedicated my time to was built on a foundation of collaboration, friendship, and a shared passion for creating amazing experiences. It was a place where the talent and dedication of its team were its greatest assets. The recent events, and the manner in which they were handled, have made it clear that the VVG of today is not the VVG I once knew.

I have known Inyo22 for many years. He is not just a friend, but a fantastic creator and a foundational pillar of VVG. His vision and his contributions are woven into the very fabric of the games that brought us all together. Without Inyo, Roblox Titanic would not be anything like we know it today; his contributions are simply immeasurable. To see him dismissed so abruptly, without transparent or satisfactory explanation, is an injustice to him and the community that has supported his work for years.

I cannot stand by silently while a friend is treated this way and while the community is left without answers. I want to make my position abundantly clear: I stand behind Inyo22.

I also stand with the community. You have every right to be upset and to demand answers. Your passion for this community is the lifeblood of VVG, and your voices deserve to be heard and respected… not silenced or ignored.

I realize that writing this may strain relationships I have, including with TheAmazeman, and very well result in my removal from the community I have been a part of for so long. While that is not my intention… my integrity and my loyalty to a friend are not things I am willing to compromise. The principles of fairness and transparency are more important than any legacy status.

While VVG has changed, the spirit of the community I remember is very much alive. I see it in everyone who is currently fighting for what they feel is right.

Thank you for being that community.

Respectfully,

Aphantasia/R3
